Here's a great wiki that will help you get the hang of things: (Warband is an expansion of Mount and Blade, so many of the Mount and Blade wiki entries will still be valid. I'm not sure, but in many mods, the quality of "Tools" also effects the build speed of a "Fortified Camp." You may wish to see if that is true for vanilla. But, it doesn't matter.)Īlso, as King, if you wish to move your court (Capital) from one fief to another, perhaps one that is more centrally located or protected, you will need to gather certain trade goods. (There's a bug that prevents the quality of the gathered items from actually effecting the results of the feast. Don't worry though, they're easy to find and the quality doesn't really matter, just so long as you don't get poor quality (IIRC).

:) Some of them are also used when you are a King and you hold a "Feast." In order to hold the feast, you will need to gather a certain quantity of these. It's been awhile since I played "Vanilla" Mount and Blade: Warband. If you don't have VC, then I'm not sure what the issue is, there. That's likely the Viking Conquest mod and probably an issue with it. I don't know how you can build those things if the fief doesn't belong to you. But, you can create your own faction and you can style your units after any existing faction, if you wish. This page will try and help you on your way.

With the file transfers from the mbrepository, the newer mod users from the M&B series are often left oblivious as to how to tackle installing and enjoying mods. You can't become a King over an existing faction. The Mount and Blade game series feature a distinctly different modding system quite unlike what most Nexus users are used to. How come when i enter a village i can build mill etc, Even tho im not jarl ?.
